Gadget Cushion
Using fusible pre-printed interfacing, make a "home" for your phone, sewing notions, glasses or anything need right at hand. You will need a minimum of a 10"x10" square to make one Gadget Cushion and four Tool Tabs (optional). One Fat Quarter makes two gadget cushions and tabs. This class would be ideal for the beginner or anyone who likes to know where to look for your things and find them!
Besides the fabric, you will need your sewing machine, stuffing of choice, fabric glue and two clothespins to hold the fabric together while the glue dries. If you use other than cotton stuffing, please bring a funnel for ground walnut shells, bead pellets or other hard stuffing (adds weight to the cushion). You may also embellish before sewing with decorative stitches, an applique, embroidery or ribbon trim. For a little aroma, you may add a little scented sachet.
Each interfacing makes 2 gadget cushions.
